Quickrete Vinyl Concrete Patcher

• Designed to make thin repairs to spalled, cracked, or pitted concrete floors, driveways, sidewalks, steps or any other horizontal concrete surface
• Can also be used for tuck pointing, patching stucco, foundation repairs, to set flagstone, brick, slate, patio blocks or as a tile underlayment patch
• Can be used indoors or outdoors
• Is easy to apply and can be feather edged to old concrete or masonry
• Has good durability and toughness
• Bonds excellently to clean, structurally sound concrete without the need for a bonding agent
• Has excellent resistance to ultraviolet light and heat
• Has good color retention and is self-curing
• No additional bonding agent or additive is needed with this product LIMITATIONS:
• For patching only, not for use as a concrete resurfacer
• Apply at thick trowelable consistency only
• Do not use more than the recommended amount of water as increased water content may result in excessive shrinkage and cracking
• For deeper repairs on vertical surfaces, it may be necessary to apply in layers of 1/4"
• Do not use when temperatures are expected to drop below 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) in the first 24 hours
• In hot, dry or windy conditions, damp cure for at least 24 hours
• Not for use in cracks less than 1/8" wide and not to be used in expansion or control joints
• Do not apply to oil contaminated or previously painted surfaces
• Mix only with warm water
• Do not use with a fortifier, bonding adhesive or other bonding agents PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
• Remove loose particles and foreign matter and sweep areas to be patched
• Smooth surfaces must be roughened
• Thoroughly wash the area to be patched with water or with concrete and asphalt cleaner MIXING:
• Mix approximately 7 parts of vinyl concrete patcher to 1 part clean water
• Gradually stir in water
• Adjust water or powder amount as necessary to achieve a thick, workable bl
